Party Rental Information

•  A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation for all tent rentals.

•  All rentals must be paid in full at time of pickup or delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, or cash. Check payment must be made 14 days prior to event.

•  To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be thoroughly rinsed and repacked in the appropriate containers. Linen must be dry to prevent mildew and free of food, wax or other loose items.

•  Rental quotes are based on a daily or single use. Weekly and Monthly rates are available upon request.

•  Cancellation Policy: Orders will require fourteen days notice or will forfeit their 30% deposit.

•  If delivered, all equipment must be ready for pickup in the area where it was originally delivered.

•  Delivery schedules are pre-planned up to 5 days in advance of the delivery date to provide the very best service to our customers.

•  Deliveries and pickups on same day, late or early hours and holidays may require additional fee.

•  All deliveries are to first floor, garage or tent. Deliveries without easy access will be charged accordingly.
